But it only hurts for a day, two days tops. And if you've gotten pierced anywhere else you know that it's actually not that bad. It hurts, yeah, but it's not overtly excruciating. Tommy'sLittleVampire Posted February 7, 2011 Share Posted February 7, 2011 NEGATIVE ONE-MILLION but i geuss it depends on your pain level tolerance, i've pierced my lip twice and it didn't hurt a bit. but when i pierced mine i was in that depressed mood so the physical pain was relief compared to the mental pain....
