As a user you agree that any information you enter will be stored in a database. EmoPuddle cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised and private information of it's registered users getting out. Any submissions to the EmoPuddle gallery are final. We do not have to remove any picture. We will consider a request but we will not be obligated to remove anything. Any picture that has been uploaded to EmoPuddle, whether it be in the forums or gallery, you are granting EmoPuddle full access to do what we want with this image, whether it be to implement it into the site or to use it for any other reason.

The administers or moderators of EmoPuddle reserve the right to remove any content from the site with or with out warning and/or reason.
