I was having a really terrible day a couple days ago (not going into detail), and I was talking to my boyfriend about how I kind of wanted to self-harm. I haven't done it in over 5 months, and I made it clear that I wasn't going to actually do anything, I was just thinking about it. My boyfriend freaked out, saying that if I did he would break up with me and that he would cut himself worse if I did. I was just wondering, what are some of your opinions on this situation?
