Body dysmorphic disorder

So apparently I've been diagnosed with Body Dysmorphic Disorder. It basically means I can't except how my body looks and I do 'certain things' so it'll look different. But, the weird thing is I had to look through my moms medical records to find this out and I was diagnosed with it in like February or March this year. It's just another 'wow' moment in my life
