Sometimes I wish for things as I lay here in my bed,

I’ll wish to be someonelse

But I’ll be here instead.

I’ll wish that I could fly over a mountain or the sea!

Sometimes I’ll wish I could fly over your head,

Where a superhero would be.

Sometimes I’ll wish I were someone in a different time or place,

But instead just be this empty space.

Sometimes I’ll wish that I could leave this hell

But instead I’ll just be this empty shell.
