Emotions swirl inside me

They grow and twist

They surround me

Suffocating and drowning

My emotions bring me down

I fall, fall, fall like a leaf

To the ground, ground, ground

Worthless and unnoticed

The spiral of emotions sucks me in

Taking me down to a place I should dwell

Taking me down to my own personal hell

Tears escape, tumbling and sliding

They are not under my control

These are emotions I am hiding

They are not allowed out

I fall into the depths of despair

Then I pick myself up with care

I learn to love again

To only fall again

To the lonely depths of despair
