I drew this when I was like 12 or 13. It looks terrible but I tried. Is there anything I could possibly fix to make it better?

Why do I have a soul? Its a curse. I actually care about people's feeling. Or is that called a concious? I don't care. I can feel my heart throbbing. Oh God, is that you? Trying to tell me what to do? I'm not sure anymore. I use to know. But now, lately, I've been off my rocker. I realized no band has a song that can soothe this pain. My soul is aching. Oh please, just stop it. I don't like the feeling of being scared of the consequences. It makes my stomach toss and churn. I can't believe I said yes to him and still haven't answered him. I feel like I'm a piece of shit. Some kind of waste of space. Although others will tell you another story. Thank you God for giving me a soul.. So now I know what's right and wrong.
