how can i hide snake bites ?

Try to distract her from your facial area when talking, or wear snakebites that don't look so obvious. Also don't pay so much attention to them when she's around, try to act like they're never there. Just do things like pretending to bite your nails. Don't wear anything odd over them as it'll catch her attention too and she'll be suspicious. But if all else fails, attempt to convince her they are fake. xL Just act cool about it.

You are supposed to respect your elders, including their unreasonable explanations as to why they are restricting you from something. 

 

Besides, as another has stated, 

 

why get them if you're going to hide them ?

 

That's like buying something you're not allowed to be seen with.
