Silky-Potato Posted February 2, 2013 Author Posted February 2, 2013 Well, I based her upon an eel, so still a mermaid thing. Actually no, I did it at my dads where I have close to no ink (what I'd normally use) It's a mixture of some awful old yellow ink, blue Gouache and a byro yep.
