Reeze
I hope you guys like it, I made this for school and it got me put into counseling. PLEASE post your feelings and interpretations of it! Try and guess what it means. Unusual Rain As I sit here writing I feel nothing to be frightening I see nothing worth mind I know nothing is behind Nothing but scratches Sound of pencil on papyrus patches The sun soon drops To hide behind my mountain tops Orange streaks fly through the air And a purple, a hue of dare Soon a blackness is all For the sun mustn’t stall Small drips at first But then an incredible dark burst Nothing is darker than this ink Nothing I could ever think A slight flicker in my light Nothing to bring me fright A small wind comes through A little amount of face I drew Soon a cliché, a drop falls It wettens the inside walls Slowly it drips, thick, abnormal This rain, surely informal A little light, a small break I see the face, mostly too fake The purring increases Unusual rain, usually ceases None I have seen falls thick Most unusual, nothing slick A tap, a noise It comes from above, I poise Over and over, louder and faster Could it be master He said he be home soon But only tomorrow by noon I make it up, even in dark I see a man, but no, a stark The tricky, unusual rain No more light, only through the window pane A flash, a dash of light But it may heal not my fright A gust of fear For my own tear The residence shake My earth, it quakes Most unusual rain now dark and black The sound, the sound of a hack I swerve to entry The sound of break aplenty The unusual rain Comes through causing pain My walls remove A failure I try to sooth It bends, it snaps Nothing but ancient traps The bright again, from behind It seems, it seems to bind Unusual rain, who be this I know not here for sweet kiss But, the man, full of nothing He full of anger to ping The mask is on They be nothing but pawn They are off Most unusual rain, who are they doth Light, I see, be they kind But it fades back behind Unusual rain, why have you come I know, no I am dumb It, they, come around There it is, a pound Most unusual, painful rain, may I escape But, no, trapped by cape I thrash to no avail The light, now so pale Be there no way out Death, surely, with no doubt Unusual devastating killing rain I must go I shall not sit I will not stow I need out, I need safety The rain, now so pastey I am stuck, caught I was free, a moment I thought Unusual maddening deceiving rain Why me, why I for so much pain What has thee to gain You ruin a soul, that made from grain Pulled it down a drain Unusual, unusual rain. ExtinctedWood
Is this about self harming? I take the clue from: - The unusual rain Comes through causing pain My walls remove (cell wall of skin?) - It, they, come around There it is, a pound (a pound= to strike repeatedly and forcefully) - The light, now so pale Be there no way out Death, surely, with no doubt (fainting due to blood lost) - The rain, now so pastey <- I don't know what pastey is but I suppose it is pasty= resembling paste in consistency (the blood is clotting, due to platelets) And I suppose 'the man' is the reaper? I'm sorry if I get wrong and somehow offend you, but this is the rationale that came to my mind. Nice imageries and creation of an atmosphere I think it's nice and when I get the idea I think it's interesting. And if it's really about self- harming, no wonder you was put into counseling.
