But the truth is I'm not okay

I hurt so bad inside

I hide it everyday

I stick a plastic smile on my face

And tell you "I'm fine"

I laugh and giggle

Smile and play

But the truth is I'm not okay

You don't see the hurt and pain

The tears I hide

You think I'm fine

You think I'm happy
