Strict parents and piercings don't go together :/

So I've really been wanting to get snake/spider bites but my parents hate the idea of any piercings (except the single ones I have on my ears).. I want to make my own decisions but I feel trapped under their power. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Don't rebel. You should respect your parents wishes and wait it out. I asked both my parents to give consent when i wanted my first piercing, but neither of them agreed so I waited patiently until I was of age, and then got them. 

 

In the meantime, you can play around with fake piercings. its a good way of figuring out where you'd want to have them and whether you like them or not. You can buy fake lip rings online, and although you can buy magnetic lip studs I don't advise them, instead you can go to a craft store and buy silver beads, or little gems, whatever you fancy and glue them to your lip with spirit gum or eyelash glue. Both those glues are safe to use on skin and although they are easy to remove, they are pretty strong glues. 

you can also use this method for other piercings, eyebrow, bridge, nose stud, microdermals etc.

I suggest you respect your parents and wait until you're 18.

 

For now, just play around with fake piercings and other stuff.

I think you should wait too. Both my parents said no, especially my dad. But I actually went and annoyed my mom until she agreed and she took me to get them behind my dads back. I kinda regret not waiting to have them both agree because now they argue alot over them >.
