Remembering when depression took its hold

Feeling so lifeless

I was Feeling so cold

Eyes clouded with love and hate

This love is so real

Being with you has sealed my fate

This fate isnt so rude and coy

More like happy and filled with joy

Saw your face today gazing at the sky

I thought to myself

Sarah what we have will never die

Today im locked away

Not be able to hold you makes me cry

I take things in stride

Except for when were mad at each other

Then I want to run and hide

Remembering some thats so true

It reassures me
