The cool water

The cool water that touches my skin as I have one hand on the wall and my feet pushed up against it. The sound of my heart beating just waiting for the person to pull the triger on the gun. As I wait patiently the only thing going througt my mind is hurry up shoot the gun and let's go. As the person pulls the triger on the gun I take off without looking whos on either side of me or how fast they are going. Then until I get to the end that when I see where I come in.

i'm assuming you swim like in competitions

Sounds good, i was really thinking that it was going to end badly or something, in this poem. Like you drown or something else bad...or maybe that's just because i'm afraid of the water.
