Paper heart

 

I was lost in my own world

but when you came around

I dropeed everything down

And your presence made my heart pound.

 

when i stared into your eyes,

I saw no lies

but before i could catch my self

Before i could cry for help

I realized it was to late

your name was imprinted in my heart even though

your words were fake

 

And baby you broke me before you even were mine

dont worry because this happens to me all the time

Even though im hurting inside, but youll never know

because ill act as if im fine.

 

So my heart will be broken

Cuz you cant keep it safe like a token

But you can use it and abuse it

leave it dead with forever lasting bruises

 

Or maybe its me

something i cant see

a heart that has no key?

a heart thats like paper which

just tears, easily.
