You promised me you would always care

So why am I watching your back as you walk away?

Why am I wondering why you didn't stay?

I always believed your words

Now I realize they were the perfect swords

Your promises are worthless now

'Cause I can't smile without you around

Everytime I told you I needed help

Why didn't you tell me to bother someone else?

And now as I cry and wish I could see you again

I wanna know if you have already forgotten my name

Now I know, you never truly cared when I cried
