My brand new netbook is acting weird what can i do about this?

I just buy netbook from amazon and only have had it for 3 days. It's should be new netbook. It works fine but while on the internet the screen zoom level keeps changing on its own. At first i thought it would adjust based on the site but If im on a site for a long time reading an article it zooms in and out every other minute. its starting to get really annoying. anyone know if there is something i can do to fix the netbook before i have to call amazon? im just really avoiding having to send it back. Not sure if this matters but its an EB 2010 model with windows 7

Do you use the mouse pad? if so, there might be your problem. On netbooks there is a way to zoom with the mousepad, it happens for me on accident many times. You just have to be careful to where your hands/fingers are.
