Cuz, come on, we have to dip our fingers in a little . So, what's you Top 5-10 Rap, R&B, Soul, Blues, and/or Hip-Hop Singers/Groups? All you have to do is make a list, you can tell why but, ya know, it's whatve :\. Here's mine: 1. R.Kelly (R.Kellz) 2. Tamia 3. Luther Vandross 4. Lloyd Banks (the one who sings Certified) 5.
