Your Words (a short poem)

We sit here together looking out into the sea.

From a cliff we stand, hand in hand, eyes to each other.

 

You look away to the sea as I look to the ground.

You call my name then tell me something I would never forget.

 

"Misaki, you know you're everything to me.

You also know I have to leave soon.

Though, you must know that that i'll never leave you

and will always be here for you.

No matter how far I am.

I will always love you."

 

Now a year later I'm at the same cliff.

Now a year later your words never left my mine.
