Eyes open Stare into the dull sunlight Nothing I can tell this is not right Doors open I feel no hope All im doing is choking Gasping on this constricting feeling Place flame to skin All i want is it to burn again Rot out this empty feeling Suffocate my dreaming Take the light Show me this town Give me the gray clouds When it rains It pours Shaking my soul Like a torrential rainstorm The shadows cast over the water They seem to get louder Screaming out my bursting pain Until these words bleed out of my brain
