Why? why did she leave them behind? Why? why did she do this to them? She stands there and thinks to herself All she wanted was for everything to end She didn't want to hurt others She was trying to make amends She couldn't handle the pain any longer She chose to end it She chose to stop it She chose the easy way out Now she regrets it Now she will try to fix it Once all is broken though It cannot be fixed Once she is dead She cannot be brought back She is gone and alone Floating in the wind Was her promises The ones she never kept Ones she didn't even remember If she could do it all again I wonder is she would change anything? If she could live again Make a difference What would she do? Would it even matter? She would be defeated again By the ugly voices in her head Tearing her heart to shreds Tearing her mind to shreds Causing her to cry out in defeat She took the gun in her hand Grabbed the keys and ran She took her pain Gave up the game She ended it all with one shot
