I'm in love with my ex who says he loves me back but we each going out with sumone ¬.¬ doesnt help that i'm the only one he'll share his suicide attemps with :'(

He just unsets me everytime i see him now cos we're still really close but we cant do anything about r love cos he refuses to cheat on his gf again after last week (really bad we have to now have others around us when we both drink or we'll both end up cheating on r gf's) and i canny hurt my girl even if it is in an open relationship cos last week alone with the guy i love we went further than before after my mate left us alone in my bedroom by rselves for an hour till he had to get train home omg i ended up beating myself up at wat i'd let happen and he beat himself up :'(
