Ok we'll my "friend" is threatening to tell my parents that I cut but she said she wouldn't for a week if I stoped now she's saying that she's telling tomorrow, how do I stop her and make her beleive me? I really need help

Well...i guess u should probably prove to ur friend that u have stopped just so that she'll hold up on telling ur perants (i kno wat u mean about just for attention ;/ nawt a gud topic to face) then if u want help to stop cutting then tell ur friend that she should actually offer u help not ultimatums...thoes dont work >;/
