I personally think they could be real, but not in the stereotypical way most would think of. Also unless proven with actual facts that they aren't real then no point trying to deny the existence of them. On the topic of blood, I personally enjoy the taste of my own blood so it's not some kind of Vampirism only thing.

i think that vampires exist, but not like twilight vampires, vampires are people that are easy burned with the sun and that like to drink blood, and well, i don`t like the sun light, but i can support it, and blood tastes good, but just a bit, not in big quantities

Well not really but years ago people were accused for being vamps because of various illnesses, like major sensitive skin that burnt pretty much as soon it was exposed to the sun, more visible K9s, being pale and sleeping disorders. Since there was no decent science back then no wonder people started making up unrealistic reasons why people were like this.
