You do the things you want to do that makes you happy. You walk away from the negatives that is bothering you by taking about it to people who you trust. You might have to make some serious changes. I wouldn't change one aspect of myself though I do have regrets I just want that innocence and serenity back that I had when I was a child the freedom and none of the comments when I make mistakes just to live my life the way I wanted to with all the emotion I wanted to employ in it and not have to fake every feeling I feel for the fear of anti depressants that strip away my emotions until I'm just an empty shell.
