T-shirts can be made in many ways by drawing on them, ripping them, cutting, sewing things to them or parts of different t-shirts together, or ribbons and laces or ...

finally whole outfit hand-made (really hand-made with no sewing machine even). On me: first from the right (red skirt).

A T-shirt? Oh iv'e done so many things to amp up the styles of T-shirts. Your going to need eyelets, zippers, extra fabric, depending on the color opposing lace. And if you really want to change it from it's original T-shirt display i would suggest a zig zag stitch across the hem's with detached baggy stripped sleeves complete with buckle straps at the top rather than elastic for support.
