How do you deal with Jealousy?

Now in a relationship, I have found that I can be a very jealous person, even if I know it's a "were just friends" situation. How do you get over jealousy? Any helpful tips?

I'm a very jealous person but my bf yet didn't gave me that feeling that i should start being jealous actually he's acting more jealous than me when someone is making me a compliment or he gets jealous cuz many guys and girls add me as a friend on my websites accounts.. but we always deal with that.. cuz i love him and with others i just want to be friends.. that's all.. talking about problems helps alot.. don't run away from problems.. jealousy it is ok for some reasons cuz it proves that the other one loves u.. but don't let jealousy to also be the rewason of breaking up

My girlfriends actually really jealous too haha, but she's usaully the one who wants to bring it up and talk about it which is good. I think when something bothers me I just have a problem bringing it up, But that's something I need to work on so we're both happy

well,in all honesty, if someone gets jealous over someone gettin new friends then that may or may not be a trust issue, me myself, i hate it when girls flaunt over my guy, yah know? typical girl thing, but everyone is diff.

And i don't get jealous over her getting friends, it's just some of her friends that she hangs out with are exs and ppl she had things with O_O lol

im very jealous about my only friend going out with the only girl i like at scool and rubbing it in iv never hade a girlfriend or my first kiss and im 15 yes i know im a loser but i told him i liked her and 5 mins later he go's ands asks her out right in front of me worst of all she sed yes
